Pioneer Healthcare Services is seeking a committed school -based Speech Language Pathology Assistants to join a school district in Marion County, OR. The qualified school based SLPAs will act as the students' partner throughout their daily tasks and assist students to function at their personal best. You will maximize the quality of life and movement potential within the spheres of promotion, prevention, diagnosis, treatment or intervention, and rehabilitation. Responsibilities of a school based Speech Language Pathology Assistant: Administers screening protocols Transports students to/from testing or therapy area Administers therapeutic treatment protocols written by the Speech Language Pathologist Communicates with students and other professions to meet the emotional needs of students Obtains case histories and completes observation checklists Managers behavior using appropriately designed management techniques Summarizes and records target behaviors during therapy sessions Performs clerical and administrative functions, when necessary Grade level Pre K - High School Second half of 2022 - 2023 school year Submits all billing logs and necessary information on a timely basis About Pioneer Healthcare Services: We are a San Diego-based staffing and recruiting travel company for exceptional nurses and therapists all over the U.S. We can help forge a new path towards schools and healthcare facilities.
