Position Summary:

The HVAC Install Coordinator position is responsible for performing all administrative support related to the HVAC Installation Department. The ideal candidate will be a hard-working professional able to undertake a variety of administrative support tasks and work diligently under pressure. This person will be comfortable working with a high degree of attention to detail and discretion as well as incorporating new and effective ways to achieve better results.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate and schedule HVAC installation projects, ensuring timely completion.
  • Collaborate with installation teams, contractors, and subcontractors to plan and organize project tasks.
  • Serve as the main point of contact for customers during the installation process.
  • Communicate project timelines, updates, and any potential issues to customers in a clear and professional manner.
  • Work with suppliers to procure necessary materials for HVAC installations.
  • Ensure the availability of required equipment and materials on-site.
  • Address any issues or deficiencies promptly and work towards resolution.
  • Maintain accurate records of project details, including schedules, budgets, and materials.
  • Stay informed about local building codes and regulations related to HVAC installations.
  • Ensure that all installations adhere to safety and compliance standards.
Qualifications:
  • Proven experience in project coordination, preferably in the HVAC
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • Knowledge of HVAC systems and installation processes.
  • Familiarity with regulatory requirements and building codes.
  • Problem-solving skills with the ability to make quick decisions.
  • Preferably has contractor's license
Education and Experience:
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Previous experience in HVAC project coordination or a similar role
