+ Manage multiple clinical research projects for the Department of Anesthesiology, Critical Care and Pain Medicine, including research studies in the Operating Rooms and ICUs
+ Work as part of the research team for the Pediatric Anesthesia Research Center
+ Submit protocols, amendments, renewals and rewrites of current research being conducted in the department.
+ Identify, recruit, consent, enroll, and carry out all clinical aspects of studies as well as collect and enter the data.
+ Promote a strong working relationship with Boston Childrens Hospital Institutional Review Board (IRB).
+ Maintain regulatory documents, including submission of IRB protocols and adverse events.
+ Submit and maintain FDA documentation for investigational new drug/device applications as necessary.
+ Be the clinical liaison between department data team, Principal Investigators, and research teams.
+ Be the clinical resource for the PARC team.
+ Collaborate with clinical and administrative teams across the hospital to implement research protocols
To qualify, you must have:
+ A Bachelors Degree in Nursing.
+ Clinical research experience preferred
+ Minimum of 1 year of RN experience (pediatric preferred)
