Description Responsible for promoting and selling all CNSNext business solutions, including cable advertising and broadband services in order to achieve sales goals. Maintains relationships and manages the customer experience in order to ensure customer expectations are satisfied.Contact local businesses within assigned territories for the purpose of explaining and selling CNSNext business solutions.Represents CNSNext at various meetings, events, and other opportunities to promote the benefits of CNSNext products and solutions.Manages and maintains weekly and monthly reports and customer databases in order to execute timely renewals for Telecom and advertising contracts.Gain understanding of the CNSNext fiber network to be able to explain to customers the differences between CNSNext and other providers.Work with the fiber department and NOC to establish and schedule new customers.Establish a close working relationship with CNSNext supervisors in all cities to know what potential new businesses are being developed.Monitor USAC portal for school bids and renewals.Monitor Rural Health Care for upcoming bids and renewals.Other duties as assigned.Position Requirements Bachelor's degree preferred.Two to three years of demonstrated sales experience.Excellent verbal and written communication skills.Excellent organization skills with attention to detail.Knowledge of word processing and email.Ability to work without direct supervision/self-starter.Physical/Environmental Requirements Mobility to work in typical office settings using standard office equipment is required. In addition, vision to read printed materials and computer screen and hearing and speech to communicate in person or over the telephone.
