Job Description:

We are seeking a motivated and dynamic Marketing Coordinator to join our team. The ideal candidate will be a strategic thinker with a passion for real estate and a proven ability to drive marketing initiatives that enhance brand recognition, generate leads, and contribute to the companys growth. As the Marketing Coordinator, you will be responsible for developing and executing comprehensive marketing strategies that align with our business objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and Implement Marketing Strategies: Create and oversee the execution of marketing plans to promote PMZ Real Estate brand and properties, including digital marketing, social media, email campaigns, and traditional marketing channels.
  • Brand Management: Maintain and enhance the companys brand image through consistent messaging, high-quality content, and innovative marketing campaigns.
  • Market Research and Analysis: Conduct market research to identify trends, opportunities, and competitive insights. Analyze campaign performance and market data to optimize marketing efforts.
  • Lead Generation: Design and implement lead generation strategies to attract potential buyers and tenants for our residential and commercial properties.
  • Content Creation: Oversee the creation of compelling content for various platforms, including websites, blogs, social media, brochures, and advertisements.
  • Team Leadership: Manage and mentor a team of marketing professionals, fostering a collaborative and creative work environment.
  • Real Estate Agents: Establish strong relationships with real estate agents, and assist with their branding and marketing needs.
  • Graphics: Graphic design experience (Adobe Cloud Suite: Illustrator and Photoshop, Cavna). Some knowledge of HTML coding, and website designing.
  • Partnerships and Collaborations: Build and maintain relationships with media outlets, advertising partners, and other relevant stakeholders to maximize marketing reach and impact.
  • Event Planning: Coordinate and execute company events, open houses, and property launches to engage potential clients and industry professionals.
  • Reporting and Analysis: Provide regular reports on marketing activities, performance metrics, and campaign results to senior management.
  • Conduct engaging and informative classes on the latest digital marketing tools and social media strategies, empowering the team to maximize their effectiveness and reach.
  • Embrace innovative technologies, including AI tools like ChatGPT, to enhance marketing strategies and improve customer engagement.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelors degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred.
  • Strong understanding of digital marketing strategies, including SEO, SEM, PPC, and social media marketing.
  • Proven track record of developing and executing successful marketing campaigns.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in marketing software and tools such as Google Analytics, CRM systems, and marketing automation platforms.
  • Creative thinker with strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
