Marketing Specialist Support the sales and customer growth teams, ensuring smooth coordination of activities to drive business growth and enhance brand visibility. Responsible for sales support & lead generation activities, marketing & event coordination, customer engagement and marketing effectiveness Responsibilities: Develop & execute lead generation strategies, prospecting, and customer relationship management. Prepare sales collateral, assist with sales meeting preparation, and provide customer support to the business development team. Ensure sales materials are up-to-date and aligned with brand messaging. Execute the production of marketing materials, ensuring quality and adherence to brand guidelines. Create and coordinate marketing content for website, social media posts, email newsletters, brochures, and other customer communications. Assist in the planning and execution of customer events, trade shows, and conferences. Coordinate trade show marketing materials, logistics, and manage event timelines. Conduct market research to analyze customer behavior, market trends, and competitor activities. Support customer engagement initiatives, including surveys, feedback collection, and customer appreciation programs. Track and measure the effectiveness of marketing activities using various tools and metrics. Report on the results and outcomes of marketing initiatives, and provide recommendations for improvement.

Requirements: Bachelor's degree in business, Marketing, Communications or a related field 2-3 years experience in sales or marketing coordination Experience with content creation and management tools such as WordPress, Mailchimp, and Canva Familiarity with CRM software and digital marketing tools Strong organizational and project management skills Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
