POSITION SUMMARY:
The Luxury Fine Art Sales Manager will be responsible for the outbound marketing activities around Teetra's products and services. You will oversee demand generation, segment targeting, product/service launches, product positioning, messaging, go-to-market planning and PR management. You'll conceive and develop innovative sales programs that drive demand from art collectors and casual buyers alike. Creativity, attention to detail, along with the ability to grasp and translate sales and marketing capabilities into compelling benefits is crucial.
JOB REQUIREMENTS:
- Deep experience in online, social marketing, email, SEO, SEM and offline B2B & B2C customer acquisition models
- Inside sales marketing experience
- 5 years of experience in a sales or marketing leadership capacity that experienced rapid growth
- Success personally launching B2B or B2C services and products
- Experience developing strategic plans and managing a sales team
- History of success in generating PR / Managing PR
- Technical awareness and experience simplifying complex technology solutions into elegant and compelling value propositions
- Superior quantitative analytical skills, detail-oriented and highly organized
- Bachelor's degree
- Startup experience
- Sales support experience, inside is even better
- Product management experience
- MBA/BSBA, ideally with a Sales or Marketing concentration
- Sales and Marketing communication tool experience
