Position Overview:

Our client, a well-established mortgage firm in Kenilworth, NJ, (This position may allow for hybrid work after first few months of employment) is seeking a skilled Bilingual Mortgage Processor to join their dynamic team. This is an excellent opportunity to leverage your expertise in Non-QM, Conventional, and FHA loans while managing a robust pipeline of 40 loans.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Process a pipeline of 40 loans, including Non-QM, Conventional, and FHA.
  • Review and verify loan applications and documentation for accuracy and completeness.
  • Maintain clear and effective communication with clients, underwriters, and other stakeholders in both English and Spanish.
  • Ensure compliance with industry regulations and company policies.
  • Resolve any issues or discrepancies with a high level of attention to detail and customer service.
  • Provide timely updates and feedback to clients and team members throughout the loan processing cycle.
Qualifications:
  • Bilingual in English and Spanish is required.
  • Strong experience in processing Non-QM, Conventional, and FHA loans.
  • Proven ability to manage a high-volume pipeline of 40 loans.
  • Excellent organizational and multitasking skills.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency with mortgage processing software and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Knowledge of current regulatory guidelines and compliance standards.
