Technical Analyst, Digital Systems As we continue to expand our operations and embrace technological advancements, we are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Technical Analyst to join our dynamic team.

Successful candidates possess the demonstrated ability to connect technology and business including the evaluation of complex business and technical requirements as well as creating clear and concise documentation. What You’ll Do: Play critical role in overseeing the planning, development, implementation, and maintenance of our organization’s digital applications, customer data and loyalty platforms and integrations Collaborate with cross-functional teams, manage system integration projects, and ensure the optimal performance and security of our technology infrastructure Collaborate with leadership to identify opportunities for technology driven improvements and innovation Foster a collaborative and innovative team culture, promoting continuous learning and development Oversee the planning, execution, and delivery of digital and loyalty projects, ensuring they are completed on time and within budget Work closely with business, product, and project teams to define project scope, objectives, and deliverables Be the liaison between product, restaurant systems, internal departments, and engineering to elicit, translate and drive prioritization of business objectives and requirements Verify that implementation meets requirements in partnership with QA team members Partner with architecture team and own documentation of architecture and design diagrams as needed Collaborate with cybersecurity and engineering teams to establish and enforce security and technology protocols for systems and ensure compliance with relevant regulations and industry standards Ensure issues are identified, tracked, reported, and resolved in timely manner including root cause analysis Ensure work is completed in such a way to comply with established IT processes and internal controls (i.e. change management, production control, following standards, architecture review, incident response, PCI and PII information security, etc.) Lead teams to accomplish priorities and initiatives with the impact for the guest in mind Abide by policies and procedures that support the service mindset Manage timeline expectations within and across teams, deliver on our responsibilities accordingly Earn the trust of Team Members and Managers by consistently embracing CAVA’s values Show discipline in bringing consistent performance, communication, and attitude to the job every day Actively contribute to your department in order to complete tasks and meet company goals Recognize the emotional stake each Team Member has in personal and organizational success of this business

The Qualifications: Proven working experience and success overseeing digital systems in a complex organization delivering results for at a minimum of 3 years Exceptional analytical, problem-solving skills and knowledge of technical management Experienced with information analysis and of computer hardware/software systems Expertise in data integrations Proven ability to assess complex business requirements and to lead requirements and design definition sessions to facilitate the development of effective business solutions Proven ability to write comprehensive, clear, and concise business requirements documents and user stories Strong understanding of enterprise architecture, system integration and emerging technologies and the ability to learn new technologies quickly Ability to communicate verbally to technical and non-technical audiences and at all levels of the organization Solid understanding of Business Process Modeling Detail-oriented mindset, self-directed and able to work with minimal supervision Solid knowledge of Office products (Word, Excel, Power Point, Visio) Adherence to change management and documentation standards Restaurant, Retail, Loyalty and/or customer data experience preferred Occasional travel as required

Physical Requirements:

Ability to maintain stationary position to be able to operate a computer and other office equipment Must be able to identify, analyze and assess details For certain positions, must be able to occasionally move or transport items up to 50 pounds Ability to communicate with others and exchange information accurately and effectively Constantly positions self and move about to support ordinary restaurant or food production support or office operations, as applicable Ability to work in a constant state of alertness and in a safe manner
