It's truly an amazing place to work We welcome you to learn more about our company and our fantastic team.Teddy FongCEO About the role: As a Part-Time Sales Associate at Babyletto, you will play a pivotal role in supporting our first retail location Your role will focus on daily sales performance, leading the client experience, and fostering relationships while representing Babyletto's core values. This is an hourly role. You must be available to work at minimum 3 days a week including weekends. What you'll be doing: Provide exceptional service to every person that walks through our doorsWelcome and educate the client into the world of Babyletto through our design-led product, services & eventsCreate and process in-store sales transactionsDeliver sales results & metricsEngage & clientele new / existing clients to build store customer baseCollaborate with Store Management team to develop individual selling strategies and track sales accountabilityBring empathy and problem solving to every customer interaction and escalation. Be an advocate for "get to yes" mentalitySupport daily store operations with display maintenance, and open / close functionsAssist with setting up and executing community programs and eventsWhat you bring to the table: 3+ years of experience in sales. Experience in furniture, baby, or design showrooms is a plusProven record of driving sales & resultsStrong sense of personal style with a discerning eyePassion for interior design and high-end furniturePossess organizational and time management skillsWonderful written and verbal communication skillsPeople and relationships drivenSelf-motivated with a positive POVCan perform effectively on sales floor, which includes standing for long periods of time, kneeling, bending, and squattingAbility to lift small-medium items up to 25 lbs utilizing proper techniquesFlexible Schedule; Available to work 3 days a week, evenings, weekends, and holidaysFamiliarity with Shopify is a plusOur Benefits: Paid time off: 40 sick hoursFree MDB Co. swag + generous employee discount on productsAt Million Dollar Baby Co., we're passionate about diversity and welcome applicants from all backgrounds.
