Duties and Responsibilities
Oversee Report(s)
Plan, develop and execute strategic marketing campaigns
Recommend appropriate sales and marketing channels
Guide the research and analysis of market data
Determine company brand statement then align all creative content to this message
Evaluate and execute cost-efficient and effective print, broadcast, internet, and conference space campaigns
Develop, design, and produce content to advertise the company through physical or digital content
Oversee and create, maintain, and update content to attract business through social media, blog posts, and webinars
Work with report(s) to develop clear and easy to read presentations to showcase the company in its best light
Maintain company website to keep with current trends, align content with the companys brand, and streamline lead generation
Determine where and how new solutions and products can be positioned
Run aggressive and exhaustive campaigns to promote newly developed products, new features and benefits
Work with report(s) to coordinate conference visits to showcase the company and generate leads
Keep current on all new emerging communications, technology, and trends
Other duties as assigned

Three (3) years related experience in a technical/scientific environment
Education

BA in Marketing or Graphic Design and/or BS in Science
Knowledge, Skills & Abilities

Comprehensive understanding of marketing concepts and principles
Better than average computer proficiency, ability to learn new software
Proficiency in graphic design
Management of personnel a plus
Able to learn business technologies and etiquette quickly to convey the company and its services accurately and intelligibly
Creativity
Proficiency with SEO and analytical tools
Strong organization skills
Oral and written communication skills
Self-assurance and competence
Able to build trust with internal and external stakeholders
Able to manage a variety of tasks and activities with occasional disruptions
