Principal Responsibility

1. Develop initial product design, including drawings and functional requirements. Research options.

2. Perform design, strength, flow, vibration, thermal, etc. analysis of equipment and components.

3. Prepare drawings and procedures for equipment and processes

4. Provide cost estimates and periodic updates on the product, schedule design reviews and communicate issues.

5. Develop product test plans and evaluate performance at the prototype, pilot and field testing stages.

6. Work closely with manufacturing, engineering, sales, marketing.

7. Communicate with customer and vendors as required.

6. Ensure products and processes are well documented.

7. Support quality group with issue resolution.

8. Develop work instructions, manuals and training for engineering, manufacturing and operations.

9. Acts in the interest of the company at all times.

10. Actively ensure that his/her own health and safety and the health and safety of all fellow workers or other workers are preserved at all times.

  • 11. Ensure full awareness of, and compliance with, the requirements of all relevant company/customer of HSE handbooks, HSE procedures and emergency procedures.
