By providing leadership to motivate your sales team, achieving the highest level of performance, exceeding goals, and ensuring adherence to the companys quality metrics and standards. Responsibilities and Duties:
  • Meet or exceed individual and team goals.
  • Manage a team of 5-8 Sales Representatives.
  • Responsible for closing or assisting in closing sales.
  • Strategize and guide the Sales Representatives to close sales.
  • Train and develop your team.
  • Monitor performance daily to recognize excellence, coach, and counsel opportunities for improvement.
  • Ensure the team's adherence to the company's quality metrics and standards.
  • Partner with the Recruiting team to assist in building your team.
  • All other duties assigned by Senior Management.
Qualifications and Skills:
  • Three+ years of Timeshare Sales experience is required.
  • Timeshare SalesManagement or T.O. experience is preferred.
  • Must have an active Florida Real Estate License
  • Ability to coach and train.
  • Superior customer service/hospitality, team spirit, and eagerness to join a fast-paced department supporting a rapidly growing hospitality brand.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills - written and verbal.
  • Ability to walk and stand for long periods.
  • Ability to work weekends and holidays.
