Job SummaryThe Digital Marketing Specialist is responsible for reading and interpreting analytics and making suggestions for improvements based on campaign performance. This role is integral to communicating our brand stories and reaching the customer in their native digital environment. You will engage directly with our customers, monitor online trends for new channels and methods, and report on the results. Areas of expertise should include Email Marketing, SEO, PPC, social media marketing, and content creation. This position reports to the Senior Marketing Manager. This position will not have direct reports.Key Job Responsibilities:•Develop strategic digital marketing plans for new & existing B2B customers of various business units that align with the customer journey.•Make SEO recommendations and improvements to our website and landing pages.•Build Search Engine Marketing (SEM) and Pay-Per-Click (PPC) campaigns on platforms such as Google Ads and Bing Ads.•Research and create strategic keyword lists and ideas for PPC and SEO campaigns.•Monitor ongoing campaign performance and execute key campaign optimizations.•Develop and test new strategies designed to increase lead volume, conversion rates, and lower cost-per-click.•Provide regular reports on KPIs tailored to individual platforms including but not limited to traffic, engagement, costs, and impressions.•Other duties as assigned by supervisor.Key Performance Measurements:•Marketing strategy and metrics are agreed to within 90 days and executed consistently on a monthly and quarterly basis to agreed business objectives.•Brand positioning is updated and adopted across the enterprise.•Analytics are reported monthly and quarterly and show improvement over time.•Other key performance indicators as assigned.Requirements•Bachelor's Degree - Marketing, Advertising, Digital Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field.•Three or more years with experience in digital marketing including agency management, B2B marketing experience preferably in a service-related field, search engine optimization, email campaigns, lead tracking and managing social media platforms.•Demonstrated proficiency with Microsoft Office, HubSpot, Google Analytics, Google Ads Keyword Planner, Google My Business, Search Console and some knowledge of Adobe's Suite.•Strong ability to communicate in written, verbal, and visual mediums.•Demonstrated ability to collaborate both internally and externally to develop creative and fresh solutions.•Experience with field-based, grass roots campaign execution for facility services companies a plus.•Strong communication, problem solving, and analytical skills - will have presentation opportunities virtually and in group settings.•Ability to work with individuals from diverse backgrounds and with diverse needs, and across remote offices.•Ability to clearly articulate ideas (both written and verbal) to both internal and external customers and to listen effectively to customer needs.•Willingness to travel up to 20% of the time.•Must have attention to detail with an eye for accuracy.*This job description is subject to change at any time.Physical DemandsThe physical demands described here are representative of those that must be met by an employee to successfully perform the essential functions of this job.
