The Opportunity
Five Star is looking for a Resident Services Manager to join our team. The Resident Services Manager is a point of contact during the evening hours for resident needs and questions and responsible for explaining and enforcing agency policies and procedures to ensure the safety and security of building residents and staff.
What You'll Do
Organization and Execution
- Hire, orient, onboard and supervise Resident Service Assistants.
- Maintain adequate staff levels to meet the needs of the residents.
- Provide ongoing coaching and training for Resident Service Assistants.
- Evaluate Resident Assistants and ensure compliance with standards, policies and procedures.
Experience & Education
- Associates Degree or some higher education preferred
- Strong organizational, oral and written communication skills.
- 2 years direct care experience within senior living industry preferred.
- 1 year Supervisory and Scheduling experience required.
- Must enjoy working with the seniors.
