Let us help you make your next big career move a reality What You Will Be Doing: As a Scrum Master, your role is to facilitate and coach Agile development teams, ensuring adherence to Scrum principles, promoting collaboration, and removing obstacles to enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of the development process. Key Responsibilities: Actively demonstrate strong Scrum Master skills. Work closely with all critical stakeholders to successfully steer towards successful project outcomes. Work on multiple technology projects/work initiatives supporting the Wealth Management Business. Work with all core development teams and other support teams, driving efficient planning and execution. Required Skills & Experience: Strong Scrum Master skills. Experience working closely with critical stakeholders. Experience working on multiple technology projects/work initiatives. Experience working with core development teams and other support teams. Pay:$44.24 - $63.20 /hr. We are interested in every qualified candidate who is eligible to work in the United States. However, we are not able to provide sponsorship at this time or accept candidates who would require a corp-to-corp agreement.
