Required Skills & Experience

Experience with SAS, Teradata, Python, PySpark, SQL, and Machine Learning (ML) and Natural Language Processing (NLP) & Large Language Model (LLM) experience. Model development and validation documentation experience. Excellent communication skills and ability to articulate complex material to a diverse audience. 5+ years of Quantitative Analytics experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work or consulting experience, training, military experience, education.

What You Will Be Doing

Lead or assist on end-to-end model build efforts from discovery to deployment. Perform pre-/post-model testing, including explain ability, robustness, fairness testing, etc. Communicate project progress and obstacles. Shepherd model from discovery to deployment including post-validation activities. Conduct ongoing monitoring and reviews. Consult on complex initiatives with broad impact and large-scale planning for Quantitative Analytics. Review and analyze complex multi-faceted, larger scale or longer-term Quantitative Analytics challenges that require in-depth evaluation of multiple factors including intangibles or unprecedented factors. Contribute to the resolution of complex and multi-faceted situations requiring solid understanding of the function, policies, procedures, and compliance requirements that meet deliverables. Strategically collaborate and consult with Client personnel.
