This position will analyze incoming claims, provide Loss Control and Risk Management services to potential and current clients.

General Responsibilities:

  • Focus on Property & Casualty, D&O, EPLI claims for current clients and producer prospects
  • Report and monitor claims from start to completion
  • Respond to all claims related feedback from customers and carriers
  • Work with our carrier partners to advocate for our customers when needed
  • Work with Producers on claim related processes, premium/loss summaries, Experience Mod Software (Smart Comp)
  • Review and complete loss premium summaries for current accounts
  • Create or direct the creation of insured-specific claims-related reports
  • Other claims-related functions
  • All other duties assigned
Required Qualifications:
  • 3 or more years of experience in Multi-line Property and Casualty Insurance
  • High School Diploma or General Education (GED) required
  • Knowledge of advanced insurance products and pricing tools
  • Adept in technical skills, including word processing, Excel and internet-based rating programs
  • Knowledge of "Applied Systems"
  • Must be curious, analytical, creative, able to problem solve, competitive, and detailed oriented
