  • Sourcing and Procurement lead, with a focus on reducing costs, mitigating risks, improving spend compliance and establishing best practices
  • Building a highly qualified and effective Sourcing and Procurement organization
  • Monitoring and measuring the Sourcing and Procurement Organization effectiveness against established metrics
  • Development of new policies and processes as well as monitoring and enforcing compliance with existing policies and processes
  • Influencing large strategic sourcing and purchasing decisions
  • Identifying large-scale business opportunities that support strategically important initiatives while maximizing profitability

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree completed
  • 7+ years of Strategic Sourcing/Procurement experience in financial services including Contract Negotiation, Project Management, Performance Measurement, Business Analytics
  • Strong knowledge of category management, strategic sourcing and supplier relationship management
  • Understanding and experience of strategic sourcing processes, organization and technology required
  • Demonstrated track record in leading change initiatives which deliver on time and to budget
  • Excellent planning, organizational and problem-solving skills with a meticulous attention to detail
  • Strong communication skills and the ability to interface at all levels of the organization
  • Project team experience implementing enterprise level process changes and/or new technology a plus
