We are looking for a VP, Human Resources to lead a team that drives Human Resources programs, practices, processes and policy. The ideal candidate will provide guidance and leadership to CoinFlip's Human Resources team and will oversee the workflow of the department, identify and implement long-range strategic goals, and collaborate with executives to define the organization's long-term mission and goals, and identify ways to support them.

Responsibilities: Develop and deliver a comprehensive Human Resources strategy that integrates and closely aligns with the business strategy Oversee all functional areas of HR including: employee relations, compensation, recruiting and benefits Continually strives to improve all HR processes and programs, and identify and implement new ones, including career development, employee benefits, and other processes Work with our HR team to organize and manage all employee data, files and information in ways that are relevant, easy to manage, and compliant Engage and influence senior management to support and implement HR initiatives across the organization Oversee the investigating, monitoring, and resolving complex employee situations from origin to conclusion while minimizing organizational risk Provide HR leadership and counsel on matters involving people and change/cultural management Other duties as assigned

Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, Organizational Development or related field, preferred 15+ years' experience in HR function(s) with strong working knowledge of all key functional areas such as recruiting, employee relations, compensation, and benefits Strong experience in planning, creating, and implementing HR strategies Expert in state, federal and international employment regulations An excellent connector who collaborates, problem solves, and can help celebrate wins both departmental and company wide A solid track record of influencing senior business leaders while demonstrating excellent decision quality Demonstrated process capabilities and metrics-driven

Nice to have: Basic knowledge of cryptocurrency and blockchains General passion and knowledge of fintech and cryptocurrency
