Digital Marketing Specialist Responsibilities: Strong understanding of all digital marketing channels and maintaining a working knowledge of all marketing inititaives, social media, and analtyics to strategize with the team and support all partners. Manage multi-media campaigns across platforms including but not limited to planning, buying, negotiating digital and paid social media campaigns (display, video, mobile, programmatic, native, PPC, OTT etc.). Lead web strategy and drive measurable results across various websites (hosting, tagging, backend implementation, etc.). Manage the development of WordPress websites and landing pages utilizing HTLM, CSS and JavaScrip. Develop targeted Google campaigns specific to each of the brand’s locations, driving both lead generation and brand awareness; Savvy in Google Analytics. Partner with the different stakeholders to provide strategic digital marketing expertise, identifying their marketing needs, key issues, industry trends, and solutions. Tell stories via numbers and data - tracking, reporting, and analyzing web analytics and paid media campaigns/performance. Identify any trends, insights, or opportunities for improvement, etc. Research and analyze media options and campaign performance to identify new trends or adjust campaigns to increase performance and deliver better results; Staying up-to-date with the latest offerings in the market. Measure ROI and KPI’s directly related the campaign performance. Provide custom reports and present to department leaders and executives on campaign results. Digital Marketing Specialist Qualifications: Bachelor’s in Marketing, Advertising, or related field of study. 3+ years of digital marketing experience (agency and or healthcare experience is a plus) Proficient in PPC + Google Tag Manager (creating custom tags for accurate tracking, etc.) Experience leading the tactical execution of paid media programs including paid search, programmatic, Google and paid social. Solid front-end development knowledge and ability to code using JavaScript, CSS, HTML to make updates to WordPress + Divi websites & landing pages. Strong background in data and analytics (Google Analytics) and ability to drive/adjust campaigns, make strategic recommendations, and translate any technical terms or data to stakeholders and peers Benefits
