Your tasks: Take the next step in your career with us in a global and innovative automotive environment. You will take on strategically important projects for the development of HV connector systems:

Development and design of innovative high-voltage connection systems - from the idea to series production (e.g. terminals, housings, charging inlets, charging couplings) Elaboration and implementation of new development concepts based on your market knowledge, analyses and future trends Coordination of design & development concepts with the product design team, product management and other interdisciplinary functions Investigating and introducing innovative manufacturing technologies (e.g. EMPT, ultrasonic welding, automation, etc.) Leading root cause analysis using common problem solving methods (8D, 5-Why, Fishbone, etc.)

Completed studies in engineering (ideally in the field of engineeringor similar) At least 5 years of experience in the product development of high-voltage connector systems in the automotive environment based on the IATF 16949 standard Very good knowledge in the application of Six Sigma/Design for Six Sigma (DFSS) methodology in the development of technology products and processes Experience and knowledge in the manufacturing process of HV connectors (using DFM & FMEA) and corresponding industry standards (e.g. LV 214, USCAR 2, LV 215) Very good knowledge of English
