Purpose of this role: You will not only provide outstanding customer service using your outstanding problem solving skills and unique approach to the installation and maintenance of water filtration systems, but also through your attention to the development and support of the field technicians. You will teach efficiency in service techniques and maintenance of the specialized treatment equipment; leak testing and servicing of the equipment; techniques of teaching clients how to operate their new installations; how to find answers to clients questions when they don't know the answer; and maintaining clean work trucks and the tools and equipment used to do their jobs; and the importance of a professional appearance. Prepare you & your team every morning by reviewing the day's work orders and schedule to ensure that all customer contact information, job site directions, installation material, treatment equipment, specialty materials, equipment location details or related information are present and everyone is ready for the day. Assist in ensuring work and sales orders are completed & invoices are posted & paid prior to leaving the job sites. Work with the manager on unfinished orders &/or issues with installations in real time. Participate in and complete training activities (Company Training University, Service Star and CWS/Vendor hosted academies) Why are you perfect for this role?
