What the day will look like Analytics strategy:

Support the execution of our global analytics strategy by driving large-scale analytics projects. This requires close coordination with several teams such as Broking, Analytics, IT, Finance and Operations.

Reinsurance expertise:

Skills and experience that will lead to success

The role is for an individual with a strong analytics and project management background. 15+ years of experience in an analytics-centric environment Experience of applying analytics to solve industry-specific challenges (such as risk modelling, climate change, portfolio optimization) Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to engage effectively with various stakeholders. The salary range for this position (intended for U.S. applicants) is $160K to $230K annually. The actual salary will vary based on applicants education, experience, skills, and abilities, as well as internal equity and alignment with market data. The salary may also be adjusted based on applicants geographic location.

This position is eligible to participate in one of Aons annual incentive plans to receive an annual discretionary bonus, in addition to base salary. The amount of any bonus varies and is subject to the terms and conditions of the applicable incentive plan.
