A successful Director of Operations is accountable for: •The operational performance of the practices in your region •Implementing initiatives to improve practice performance •Successfully onboarding new practices as they join your region •Supporting the practice to ensure they achieve their financial goals Qualifications: •A Bachelor's degree in business, operations management, or related field •A background in Veterinary management preferred. CVPM highly preferred •Proven skills in managing to a budget and adjusting operations to P&L as needed •Experience leading a growing business with multiple locations •Residing in the region or willingness to relocate •Bilingual candidates are appreciated

Salary Compensation for this role is competitive and will be determined based on the candidate's experience and qualifications, with a base range typically starting around $120,000.
