The Davis School District is accepting applications for Director of Nutrition Services. This position will play a key leadership role in the district. A successful candidate will possess the following behaviors, traits, and education:

*Bachelor's Degree with a minimum of 5-years in a School Nutrition Services leadership role.

*Demonstrated ability to adapt to changing needs.

*Proven interpersonal skills that will allow interaction with staff and district leadership.

*A keen understanding of how the school lunch program aides in a child's education.

*Strong organizational skills.

*Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively with staff to develop and implement a department vision.

*Strong technology skills.

Sampling of specific skills:

*Manage the operation of the District's Central Kitchen production of 38,000 meals daily.

*Lead a department of 450 + employees.

*Work closely with District Administration.

*Develop menus that utilizes all inventory efficiently.

*Lead with professionalism and commitment to the students of Davis School District.

*Work with USU dietetic internship program.
