Responsibilities
  • Maintain inventory control by stocking and cataloging products
  • Ordering inventory from vendors and suppliers and securing shipment arrival times
  • Performing quality checks on stored inventory and discarding inventory that does not meet the company's standards.
  • Updating inventory count and maintain inventory records to share with management
  • Reporting discrepancies in inventory
  • Obtaining estimates and price details from different vendors to compare costs
  • Researching the accuracy of product details and testing new products
Qualifications
  • Positive attitude and can-do mentality
  • Hardworking personality, shown leadership qualities and eagerness to improve
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills
  • Valid driver's license and clean driving record
  • High School Diploma or GED
  • Ability to use inventory computer programs to update counts and compile reports
  • Physical strength and stamina
  • Attention to detail and organizational skills
