4 Day Work Week: Tues- Friday 10-hour shift

Job Summary:
The Driver Check-In Coordinator's primary role is resolving any driver issues regarding product delivery and providing administrative support to the transportation department.

Essential Functions:
1. Fields all drive calls for OSD reporting
2. Respond timely to phone calls from Drivers and Sales
3. Conducts timely research and response to phone calls, emails, and general inquiries regarding deliveries.
4. Work with inventory team on driver returned breakage.
5. Puts away returned product.
6. Update and maintain all spreadsheets/database for errors and mis picks.
7. Assist in scheduling redeliveries.
8. Research and coordinate distribution of invoices to field and sales reps.
9. Checks all local drivers' paperwork to ensure completion accuracy.
10. Checks all drivers' returns to ensure that paperwork matches.
11. Maintains log check program to record DOT hours for any CDL Driver(s).
12. Works with Maintenance Services to call in any problems with Fleet.
13. Maintains error log for tracking purposes.
14. Maintains strict confidentiality in all matters
15. Arrives to work, meetings, appointments and other work-related functions on time and as scheduled.
16. Meets agreed upon goals and objectives effectively and in a timely manner.
17. Ability to work overtime as needed

Other Functions:

1. Follows all safety policies and procedures; communicate hazards and/or suggest improvements to Manager
2. Other duties as assigned

Working Conditions:
Warehouse environment; may be subject to loud noise, temperature and weather extremes.

Equipment/Machinery Used:

Pallet jack, forklift, cherry picker, reach truck, RF device, voice pick system, time clock, office equipment (including computer/printer, fax, photocopier, calculator, and telephone).
Physical Requirements:
Manual dexterity, visual acuity, reaching, bending, and lifting and moving up to 50 lbs

Minimum Requirements:
1. High School Diploma/GED
2. Ability to obtain forklift certification within 6 months of hire; Certified forklift operator preferred.
3. Demonstrated effective communication skills.
4. Must be able to work extended daily hours as business volume requires.
5. Must be able to work all holiday hours as the posted schedule requires.
