Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Compliance Program Manager to execute federal and state compliance initiatives, as well as drive good faith efforts to enhance diversity and inclusion in the workforce.
The ideal candidate will have in-depth knowledge of federal, state, and local EEO laws and regulations. This individual will also help with the development of diversity and inclusion initiatives to drive awareness of EEO and AAP principles, and make recommendations on programs, outreach, training needs, etc. to support EEO goals.
The candidate will have excellent project management, trending/data analysis skills, as well as the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities:
  • Keeps up to date with federal and state regulations.
  • Creates calendar and plan outlining scope and timeline of federal and state reporting requirements.
  • Maintains necessary federal and state level systems credentials.
  • Develops comprehensive project plans and tracks milestones to ensure on-time completion of reports.
  • Identifies areas to drive effectiveness of AAP programs including communications and training with Talent Acquisition and other key stakeholder groups.
  • Collaborates with cross-functional teams to ensure compliance projects are properly executed.
  • Understands adverse impact and drives recommendations in partnership with key stakeholder groups.
  • Create action plans, monitor progress and effectiveness of initiatives. Updates Chief Diversity Officer and leadership on the status
  • Partners with Systems and Analytics team to recommend system enhancements based on reporting/data needs.
  • Documents standard operating procedures (SOPs) to ensure processes and procedures are repeatable.
  • Creates standards for reporting, documentation and certification storage and access.
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in human resources, or equivalent experience
  • Minimum of 10 years of experience in compliance or related roles
  • In-depth knowledge of federal, state, and local EEO laws and regulations
  • Strong project management skills with the ability to manage initiatives simultaneously.
  • Skilled at matrixed relationships and collaboration.
  • Confident communicator with comfort in delivering presentations and engaging groups and teams.
