Qualifications:
Education:
Bachelor's Degree in Nursing, Healthcare, Business, Public Administration, Management, or a related field.
License/Certifications:
Current Arizona RN License in applicable discipline.
Certifications dependent on department: BLS, ACLS.
Experience:
3+ years of related experience, with at least 1 year of supervisory experience.
Knowledge of team building, systems thinking, complex problem solving, negotiating, influencing, conflict management, data analysis, coaching, mentoring, strategic planning, and business strategy development.
Computer skills required.
Preferred Qualifications:
5+ years of related experience; 3+ years of supervisory experience.
