The Purpose: This is an exciting opportunity for a Sr. Sales Manager to lead a high-performing team that collaborates with our top customers, delivering value through native and affiliate advertising. This individual will oversee key accounts, cultivating strong business relationships and achieving revenue targets by aligning our partners' advertising strategies and goals with Slickdeals' unique community-driven marketing opportunities. In this role, the Sr. Sales Manager is responsible for meeting ambitious sales goals and representing Slickdeals' core values in every client interaction. Leveraging the strength of the Slickdeals community, this person will help partners leverage the millions of engaged deal-seekers that can only be found at Slickdeals. This role combines sales leadership with strategic relationship management, providing an opportunity to influence the market and drive impactful results for both Slickdeals and its partners. What You'll Do: Build and maintain strong relationships with top clients, engaging regularly to understand their goals and marketing strategies and to align Slickdeals' solutions with their needs. Act as a thought leader in native advertising and affiliate marketing, staying current with industry trends to provide strategic insights that elevate client campaigns and maximize value. Utilize data-driven insights to identify opportunities, effectively communicate value propositions, and drive impactful sales outcomes for clients. Lead, inspire, coach, and develop a team of sales professionals, fostering a high-performance culture and supporting team members in achieving both individual and team targets. Collaborate closely with internal stakeholders to advocate for both the Slickdeals community and customer objectives, ensuring that client perspectives influence cross-functional decisions. Design and execute strategic plans focused on exceeding revenue targets, leveraging best practices and insights to consistently overachieve. What We're Looking For: Proven experience in sales and account management, ideally working with large customers, with a track record of achieving challenging revenue targets. Demonstrated expertise in digital media, affiliate marketing, and/or native advertising, with the ability to apply this knowledge to enhance client success. Experienced sales team leader with a player-coach approach, able to actively sell while also guiding and developing team members. Strong background in creating and executing go-to-market (GTM) sales plans that align with organizational goals and drive growth. Proficiency in data-driven and consultative selling, leveraging insights and analytics to identify opportunities and maximize revenue impact. Excellent relationship-building skills with both external partners and internal teams, ensuring alignment and advocacy for customer and community needs. Strategic thinker who can balance big-picture planning with hands-on execution to drive measurable results. LOCATION: Los Angeles, San Mateo, or Las Vegas (Open to Remote work in Seattle, WA) Hybrid schedule visiting our Los Angeles, San Mateo, or Las Vegas office three days a week (Tues-Thurs).
