  • Professionally answer all incoming calls and ensure they are redirected accordingly
  • Greet guests in a professional, friendly, hospitable manner
  • Provide callers with information such as company address, directions to the company location, company fax numbers, company website, and other related information
  • Coordinate rental car key delivery and returns
  • Coordinate the pick-up and delivery of courier mail and express mail services
  • Assist in the ordering, receiving, stocking and distribution of office supplies such as Coke and Coffee products
  • Assist with submitting daily Meal Program orders
  • Update and distribute various directories and lists as needed
  • Maintain calendar of conference room appointments and training room events
  • Other duties and projects as assigned by Team Members


Education - Skills - Knowledge - Qualifications & Experience:

Education/Qualifications/Experience/Skills:

  • High School Diploma or GED required
  • Minimum of 1-3 years of administrative experience in an office environment preferred
  • Customer service driven
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to multi-task and prioritize assignments with competing deadlines
  • Team oriented
  • Working knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
  • Self-starter
