Job Description

The Marketing Coodinator will coordinate and implement marketing deliverables to support sales efforts within the Global Wealth and Asset Management business.

Responsibilities

  • Coordinate and implement communications results on time and within budget
  • Research, gather, and disseminate information for projects.
  • Support management team as needed
  • Develop strong internal and external department relationships
  • Work with other departments to source information and data for projects across media (digital, web, print, email, etc.)
  • Manage and reconcile multiple rounds of review by various parties including managers, compliance, legal, product, sales.
  • Handle operational processes to facilitate marketing campaigns such as compliance review, material creation and quality improvement.
What we are looking for:
  • Bachelor's Degree is required.
  • 1-3 years business experience preferred
  • Excellent organizational and prioritization skills, including the ability to meet deadlines
  • Attention to detail, ability to lead multiple tasks within a fast paced environment
  • Self-starter
  • Research, information gathering and analytical skills
  • Desire to develop communications expertise and investment industry knowledge

Salary & Benefits

The annual base salary for this role is listed below.

Primary Location
Boston, Massachusetts

Salary range is expected to be between
$68,475.00 USD - $114,125.00 USD

The actual salary will vary depending on local market conditions, geography and relevant job-related factors such as knowledge, skills, qualifications, experience, and education/training. Employees also have the opportunity to participate in incentive programs and earn incentive compensation tied to business and individual performance.
