Technical Trainer

Highly motivated and qualified individuals wanted to deliver technical knowledge to users in-person and virtually. Functional Trainer responsibilities would also involve assisting, coordinating, and directing a training program in domestic or overseas locations.

The selected individual will provide training in multiple capacities, coordinate necessary resources in advance of scheduled training support, participate in designing and conducting user surveys, coordinate with internal offices, serve on ad hoc teams to develop analytic data and work flow models, conduct system and data analysis to answer project related questions, develop systems documentation, plan training support services and develop training curriculums.

  • Self-motivated and dependable
  • Able to work well individually and/or part of a team
  • Require minimum supervision to accomplish task(s)
  • Ability to be flexible with meeting client needs
  • Must possess a Sense of Adventure
Required Skills and Experience include:
  • 4+ years of experience conducting software application and the delivery of technical training
  • Experience conducting classroom and one on one training both in-person and virtually.
  • Active US Passport
  • Ability to travel OCONUS 50%-75% (1-3 weeks at a time)
Education Requirements:
  • A Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, Business, English, Communications, or other related discipline.
  • Two (2) years of additional IT experience may be substituted for each year of degree-level education.
Preferred Skills and Experience include:
  • Ability to manage priorities among multiple demanding tasks
  • Experience using Microsoft Office Tools
  • Hands-on analyst experience preferred
  • Experience with Facility Management Systems a plus
  • Experience working on-site in a government facility a plus.


Secret Security Clearance Required
