Essential Job Responsibilities
  • Welcome guests checking into our resorts
  • Schedule guests to meet with the Sales Team for an owner or non-owner update
  • Offer gifts to the guests for participating in owner or non-owner update
  • Partner with resort staff and obtain guest arrivals for Marketing to book daily during daily shift
  • Distribute parking passes, activity schedules, area brochures and other items to guests
  • Ability to meet production standards on a weekly basis
Minimum Requirements and Qualifications
  • 1+ years of sales and or marketing experience preferred, not required
  • Ability to consistently achieve minimum production standards
  • Ability to perform general computer skills, and work with tablets/smart devices
  • Ability to communicate in a clearly and concisely (verbal and written)
  • Ability to be a team player and work in a team environment within a shared space
Education
  • High School Diploma or equivalent is required
