As the manager of the floor, I lead with a servant leadership approach. Every day, I am present for my team and the patients, ensuring that we connect and feel that each person matters. I may even sing if it calls for it, because I want our unit to be one filled with positivity and happiness. Under the direction of the Director/Manager and RNs, the Nursing Assistant facilitates patient care by providing the basic physical care and nursing procedures, providing patients with comfort measures and maintaining a clean safe organized environment. This is a Full Time, Night Shift position eligible for a sign-on bonus.
Qualifications
Education:
- High School Diploma or GED
- Post High School Special Training preferred
Licensure/Certification/Registration:
- Florida Certified Nursing Assistant License preferred
- BLS
Special Skills/Qualifications/Additional Training/Experience Required:
- Must be able to read, write, speak and understand English
