Breakfast Server

**Description**

The Hotel Cleveland is seeking a service-minded Breakfast Server to join our team. As a Breakfast Server, you'll be in charge of setting up, restocking, and maintaining the breakfast area and kitchen. Greet guests warmly and ensure the breakfast buffet is clean, organized, and well-stocked. Assist with busing, cleaning, and resetting tables. Additionally, you'll handle general cleaning and upkeep of food preparation areas, following property control audit standards and cash handling procedures.

This Marriott Autograph Collection property opened in 1918, has 491 newly renovated rooms and 60,000 sq. ft. of meeting space.

**ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS** **:**

+ You will be in charge of setting up, restocking, and maintaining the breakfast area and kitchen.

+ Engage with customers and help provide a friendly and enjoyable breakfast experience

+ Ensure the breakfast buffet is clean, organized, and well-stocked.

+ Quality check food items before replenishing to ensure presentation meets guest expectations

+ Assist with busing, cleaning, and resetting tables.

+ Additionally, you'll handle general cleaning and upkeep of food preparation areas.

**REQUIRED SKILLS/ABILITIES:**

+ Must be 18 years or older to serve alcohol.

+ Must be able to work flexible shifts that include evening, weekends, and holidays.

+ TABC certified, Tips Trained and Food Handlers certification are all highly preferred.

+ The ideal candidate will be organized and able to work with a sense of urgency and seeking guest satisfaction.
