This temporary remote position supports the Medical Financial Assistance (MFA) program by assisting with developing training and communication materials for strategic initiatives across the MFA program portfolio. The Training Development Specialist will work closely with the national and regional MFA leaders. The scope of work includes developing and applying design skills on diverse projects, and producing visual content, creating templates and assist in templating content to ensure brand cohesion across internal and external program materials (e.g., Epic module training, presumptive eligibility training, etc.) and communications (e.g., program newsletter, PPT presentation templates, training manuals, etc.) to support the MFA Strategy Refresh effort.

This individual will play a key role in the development and execution of the overall program training efforts and creation of supporting program communication materials.

Essential Functions:

?Turn complex, technical information into clear, effective presentations (PowerPoint presentations and infographics with charts, graphs, timelines, & diagrams)

?Develop fresh and eye-catching designs, possess a strong understanding of the principles of design, and be able to work collaboratively with multiple stakeholders.

?Design and develop graphics & materials that help represent / describe key internal processes; eligibility & enrollment, application submission (online, paper, in-person, etc.), presumptive eligibility, appeals, submitting program documentation, community MFA programs, etc.

?Apply graphic designs to program materials; plain language summary, program application, market web pages, etc.

?Design and develop graphics & materials that apply to executive dashboard updates and key program metrics; patients served, program expenses, program utilization, affordability, etc.

?Design and develop communications templates to support dissemination of program information and status; program newsletter, PPT presentation templates, training manuals, user guides, annual performance reviews, executive dashboards, etc.

?Develop internal and external communications regarding MFA program developments.

Basic Qualifications:

?Prior work experience at Client, preferred.

?Prior work experience developing graphic materials for health insurance and healthcare organizations; icons, images, etc.

?Graphic design with marketing and/or infographics experience with strong conceptual skills

?Strong attention to detail ensuring accuracy in design

?Must be organized, able to work independently and be a strong thought partner with leaders and other team members.

?Strong written and verbal communication skills must be able to adjust verbal and written communications depending on audience e.g., executives vs. project team.

?Candidates to submit portfolio that accurately reflects their skills
