Demonstrated strategic thinking skills that portray the ability to conceptualize business requirements in a proactive manner. Experience conducting meetings with exempt and non-exempt personnel and experience hiring, training, developing and conducting annual performance reviews. Clear understanding and adherence to ethical principles, company values, code of conduct and policies. Able to work in a fiscally conservative organization which can require flexibility and diversity of responsibilities. Travel: As necessary to job sites and company meetings
