Any experience in working with Payers (Insurance companies) like Blue Cross Blue shield, Kaiser, will be a plus OR. Proven experience as a Business Analyst. Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to effectively interact with cross-functional teams. Strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities, with a focus on driving innovative solutions. Excellent data analytical skills, with proficiency in data analysis tools and techniques. Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment. Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize and multitask effectively. Core BSA skills in Pharma required. Familiarity with technologies like PALANTIR. Familiarity with the contracting and access for Pharmaceuticals companies. Familiarity with healthcare regulations and reimbursement models, as well as payer pull-through strategies. Strategic thinking and problem solving abilities. Data analytics experience.
