Responsibilities In your role, you will: * Provides a high level of customer service to all departments within the organization to facilitate an efficient and streamlined contract process. * Maintain data integrity in existing Contract Administration database(s) throughout contract lifecycles. * Review documents for upload to Contract Administration database(s) for accuracy and ensures all necessary exhibits and attachments are present. * Facilitate the workflow process for review and approval of contracts submitted to Contract Administration's contract management software. * Monitor Contract Administration email box and responds accordingly to inquiries, including providing clarification of contract and operational requirements. * Participate in the continuous improvement and cost reduction opportunities of the department to improve the efficiency of existing processes.
