Review customer compliance manuals and document requirement for all customers across the Wholesale & Retail Sales organizations. Maintenance of historical records of customer negotiations. Work closely with internal customers such as: Logistics, Product Acquisition, Sales, Supply Chain, and Customer Service to ensure orders are properly placed into the system with all necessary information to ensure order fulfillment. Collaborate with Sales Representatives on post-sales customer visits to review customer comments, feedback, and requirements. Manage Wholesale & Retail Customer Master Information as it relates to pricing and discounts and serve as its company data steward while maintaining a comprehensive and accessible repository. Assist in company-wide deduction management efforts; including collections related to deductions. Administer the company-wide Customer Segmentation program. Administer the annual terms summary development and approval process. Work with Customer Service to ensure individual order requirements are communicated to the warehouse regarding special carton labels, routing, pre-rickets and special handling and packaging requirements. Create, maintain, and distribute the Rocky Standards Guide to key departments. Assist Sales, Customer Service and Product Acquisition with customer advocacy activities. Communicate flow down of key contractual customer contractual terms and conditions to all necessary department managers within the Wholesale & Retail Sales organizations to ensure complete understanding and full compliance with the terms. Review customer contracts in absence of the Manager for non-Company standards and negotiate with Sales team to align our contractual obligations with our standard business practices or ensure additional charges to conform our business to meet the customer requirements. Facilitate Contract Review Meetings to ensure all key department managers are fully aware and can comply with customer terms and conditions. Develop and maintain Contract Review Forms for signature and approval of customer contractual terms by all key department managers. Develop and maintain a contractual matrix of each contract documenting contractual terms and the Company's ability to meet those terms or document the exception to the terms if Rocky cannot comply. Maintain physical and electronic contractual document library. Review customer complaint correspondence notes any suggestions; and assign action.

Qualifications The requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge, skill, and/or ability required.

Associate degree from a college or university; or two (2) years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience. A minimum of two (2) years of experience. Intermediate level of skill in Microsoft applications including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook. Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals. Ability to speak effectively before groups of customers or employees of organization.
