Client Service Administrator

WealthPoint Advisors is a financial services firm that specializes in providing personalized investment and wealth management solutions to clients. We are looking for a Client Service Administrator to join our team, who will be responsible for providing outstanding customer service to our clients and supporting our team of advisors.
Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional customer service to clients over the phone, email, and in person
- Manage and maintain client records, ensuring accuracy and completeness
- Coordinate client meetings, including scheduling, preparing materials, and serving as the liaison between clients and advisors
- Assist with account openings, transfers, transactions, and other administrative tasks
- Help create and distribute client-facing communications, including newsletters and marketing materials
- Continually develop knowledge of industry trends and news to better inform clients and advisors
- Plan and execute special projects as needed, including client events
- Obtain/maintain notary designation
- Bachelor's degree in finance, business administration, or related field
- At least 1-3 years of experience in financial services or a related field
- Strong customer service skills, with excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- Attention to detail and strong organizational skills
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information appropriately
- Proficient in Microsoft Office suite, CRM software and/or portfolio management software
- Ability to work well both independently and as part of a team
- Excellent time management skills, ability to meet time deadlines and balance multiple responsibilities
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Self-starter, takes initiative, proactive, and resourceful
- Able and willing to learn new software with nominal help
- Team player, collaborative, able to work closely with others
- Desire/ability to work successfully in a small company environment; reliable and dependable
