**Job Details** **Description** Branch Managers lead employees to achieve the strategic initiatives set forth by the Credit Union. The position is responsible for the complete member and employee experience within their branch. The Branch Manager is responsible for identifying areas of strength and development for their team, and utilizing this knowledge to lead the branch to achieve its goals. The Branch Manager is responsible for all training, coaching, mentoring, and the performance of the employees, as well as the Assistant Branch Manager. The position is responsible for representing the Credit Union in the community, while encouraging participation from the team. In addition, the Branch Manager is responsible for the management of all cash, member service, and lending operations within the branch. The Branch Manager is responsible for the branch grounds and facility, including safety, maintenance, appearance, and brand image. In addition, the Branch Manager ensures compliance with Credit Union policies and procedures. This position will be at a branch location in the Lansing Area that is yet to be determined. **In alignment with Michigan State University and Oakland University's vaccine requirements, Michigan State University Federal Credit Union requires the COVID-19 vaccine and booster for all employees working in this position (depending on specific branch location), excluding those with an approved medical or religious accommodation, as a condition of employment. ** The position requires the ability to work during branch hours, including Saturdays and the hours necessary to meet responsibilities. Additionally, this position is required to represent the Credit Union in the community at events and volunteer functions. **Essential Duties and Responsibilities** * Deliver accurate and timely feedback regarding overall performance of employees;
