Job Summary: The Speech Language Pathologist will provide a full range of speech-language pathology services, including assessment, treatment planning, and therapeutic interventions in an interdisciplinary environment. This role is responsible for evaluating patients to identify speech, language, voice, and swallowing disorders, developing and implementing individualized therapy plans, and providing therapy to improve patients' communication skills and swallowing abilities. The ideal candidate will have a Master's degree in Speech Language Pathology from an accredited program, a current, valid state SLP licensure, and a Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (CCC-SLP) from the American Speech-Language-Hearing Association (ASHA). Responsibilities: Evaluate patients to identify speech, language, voice, and swallowing disorders. Develop and implement individualized therapy plans based on assessment findings. Provide therapy to improve patients' communication skills and swallowing abilities. Educate patients and their families about the nature of disorders and therapy techniques. Maintain accurate and up-to-date documentation of patient evaluations and progress. Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive patient care.
