Oversees all Survey, SUE, Civil Engineer deliverables that allows for the accurate execution of a project over the life cycle of the project. Education/Experience: Bachelor’s Degree – Civil Engineering, Land Surveying, or related field from an accredited program. Minimum of 7-10 years of prior relevant experience in engineering operations or managing all types of Survey, SUE, or Civil Engineering projects and/or team. Professional Engineer (P.E) or Professional Land Surveyor (PLS) licenses preferred. The ideal candidate should be able to demonstrate past achievements in delivering engineering projects, strong leadership capabilities and a robust work ethic. Strong interpersonal skills and ability to collaborate effectively with diverse teams. Proficiency in project management tools, operational software, and MS Office Suite. Excellent problem-solving, decision-making, and organizational abilities. Experience in managing office staff as well as project management. Extensive knowledge of Survey, SUE, and Civil Engineering processes and standards. Proven leadership skills with the ability to inspire and motivate teams. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Extensive technical knowledge of engineering and product development. Excellent financial skills and ability to analyze financial data. Stays up to date regarding new methods, standards, regulations, and developments affecting the organization, and recommends new practices.
