Description

The USFHP Enrollment Coordinator performs enrollment, eligibility, and premium payment activities for beneficiaries. The coordinator researches and resolves eligibility questions, disenrolls members who have lost eligibility and notifies enrollees of changes in enrollment. Coordinators prepare premium payment invoices and collect premium payments. Responsible for various enrollment and financial reports and reconciling information between USFHP and Defense Health Agency systems.

Required Qualifications:

  • Upon hire: ADP II Security Clearance
  • 3 years of Healthcare or business office experience with progressive responsibilities.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Health Care Administration or Business Administration.
  • Experience with DEERS/DOES/TRICARE

Providence Clinical Network (PCN) is a service line within Providence serving patients across seven states with quality, compassionate, coordinated care.
