work hours: 8 AM - 4:30 PM

Responsibilities

  • Correspond with applicants via phone and email to collect and analyze insurance information that facilitates the risk assessment process and provides underwriting support.
  • Serve as the liaison for underwriters and customers in order to track, manage, and prioritize insurance applications and other services
  • Maintain accurate, up-to-date records within underwriting software programs by verifying all documents for accuracy and completion in order to provide sound policy recommendations to prospective and existing customers


The essential functions of this role include:

Skills Customer Service Telephone Etiquette (1 year of experience is required) Microsoft Office Data Entry (1 year of experience is required) Active Listening Computer Knowledge Underwriting Insurance
