The Company is seeking a Senior Director/VP of Development for the West Region to lead its solar and storage project development team in the WECC market. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of the Western US energy landscape, particularly in WA, OR, AZ, CO, NV, and NM, and a proven track record in renewable project development. This role requires meticulous project and pipeline management, strong communication skills, significant transaction experience, and the ability to lead a team through complex projects. The successful candidate will be hands-on, as the company values a flat organizational culture where senior leaders actively collaborate with junior team members. Responsibilities include driving project progression, managing a team of developers, and fostering relationships both internally and externally to ensure the successful completion of projects.
