Sentara is hiring an Infusion Clinical Pharmacist in Charlottesville
Weekly hours: 16 minimum (with opportunity for additional hours if needed)
Location: 920 East High St, Charlottesville, VA
Registered Pharmacist License in the Commonwealth of Virginia or eligible for license required.
Experience with sterile compounding and home infusion is a plus
The Home Infusion Clinical Pharmacist works in a high-volume infusion pharmacy within the homecare setting. The clinical pharmacist assures the appropriateness of all physician medication orders. Manages patient drug therapy in accordance with the medical staff approved clinical practice standards. Maintains current knowledge of drug use through continuing education. Serves as the primary resource for drug information within home infusion pharmacy. Serves as a resource for community health education. Precepts pharmacy students as assigned.

Job Summary
